left;\">Descripci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El Sauco. Sambucus es un g\u00e9nero con una treintena de especies y subespecies. El Sambucus nigra (sa\u00faco negro, sa\u00faco com\u00fan) es la especie m\u00e1s com\u00fan. El resto de especies, en su mayor\u00eda \u00e1rboles o <a href=\"\/arbustos\">arbustos<\/a> de entre 15 y 60 metros de altura, son muy parecidas.\r\nEl tronco tiene una corteza rugosa, los tallos j\u00f3venes son huecos. Esta planta guarda beneficios infinitos por sus propiedades medicinales (se emplea en enfermedades respiratorias, es sudor\u00edfica, diur\u00e9tica...), frutas, flores olorosas y comestibles, tambi\u00e9n usada como insecticida, para aromatizar bebidas y perfumes\u2026.
