Su carne es gruesa, compacta, de color blanco, que adem\u00e1s posee olor y sabor muy agradables.\r\nEn el himenio los Tubos son largos, de color blanco, que despu\u00e9s pasan a amarillento y acaban siendo verdosos, libres o adnatos sobre el pie.\r\nEl pie es  muy robusto y macizo, en su primera etapa se muestra engrosado en la base,  adoptando posteriormente una forma cil\u00edndrica.
