Tiene abundantes escamas pardas o flecos, que le confieren un aspecto lanoso. <br>\r\nSus l\u00e1minas son libres y delgadas, de color blanco cuando son j\u00f3venes, luego rosadas y finalmente negras, terminan con un aspecto de chorrear tinta.<br>\r\nSu pie es largo puede llegar a los 15 cm.  esbelto, cil\u00edndrico, hueco y separable. Tiene un anillo blanco, poco visible, estrecho, m\u00f3vil y muy fr\u00e1gil como toda la seta. Su carne es tambi\u00e9n blanca de olor suave.
